  • Electric ducted fans

  • What You’ll Do

Depending on your discipline, you could be

  • Developing systems from concept through design, integration and test.
  • Designing and analysing hardware for demanding aerospace applications.
  • Defining requirements, architectures and verification approaches.
  • Integrating propulsion, avionics, mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Building test capability and validating products through physical testing.
  • Investigating failures and solving complex technical problems.
  • Supporting the transition from development into scalable production.
  • What We’re Looking For

You’ll likely bring

  • Industry experience in aerospace, defence, automotive, motorsport or another complex engineering sector.
  • Relevant expertise in design, systems, integration, analysis or test.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and practical problem-solving skills. Experience taking hardware through development and test.
  • A hands-on approach and a bias towards delivery.
  • The ability to work effectively across technical disciplines.
  • Most importantly, you’ll be excited by the opportunity to build new technology rather than simply maintain / improve established products.

You’ll join at the point where ambitious ideas become functioning products and industrial capability.
