About the Job

We’re looking for a Procurement Administrator to support our procurement and supply chain operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring materials and services are sourced, tracked, and delivered efficiently. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers, helping to manage purchase requests, expedite orders, and maintain accurate procurement records using Microsoft tools.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate, process, and track purchase requests and purchase orders
  • Expedite orders with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Chase outstanding quotes, confirmations, and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate procurement data and documentation in SharePoint, Excel, and Word
  • Support the procurement team with reporting, data analysis, and administration
  • Act as a key point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes and policies

Desirable Qualifications, Experience & Attributes

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, SharePoint, and Word)
  • Strong communication skills, confident liaising with suppliers and internal teams
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to follow up and drive actions forward
  • Previous experience in procurement, administration, or supply chain is beneficial but not essential
