About the Job
The HR & Talent Administrator will provide tactical and administrative support across the full People remit — working closely with the HR & Talent Manager and HR Partner to deliver day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, systems upkeep, and employee lifecycle administration. This is a junior role with significant development opportunities, offering exposure to ER support, HR infrastructure projects, performance frameworks, and end-to-end hiring in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
- HR Administration & People Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Partner across employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Support scheduling, tracking and follow-up for ER processes and people matters as needed (with appropriate confidentiality).
- Ensure People-related queries are triaged efficiently and handled with care.
- Policies, Procedures & Documentation
- Support updates to HR policies, handbooks and internal documentation.
- Assist with version control, formatting and distribution of People materials.
- Help ensure all employee documentation is organised, accessible and audit-ready.
- HR Infrastructure & Systems Maintenance
- Support the upkeep of HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring data accuracy and process consistency.
- Assist with HR infrastructure migration projects, including testing, documentation and adoption support.
- Generate reports and tracking documents for HR and Talent activities.
- Recruitment Coordination & Hiring Support
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
- Job description creation and formatting
- Posting roles and maintaining the ATS
- Interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Preparing offer documentation and contract generation
- Coordinating pre-boarding and onboarding activities
- Ensure every candidate has a professional, high-touch experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, including documentation, system setup and welcome processes.
- Support the delivery of a smooth employee experience from offer acceptance through first weeks.
- Help maintain consistent onboarding materials and checklists across teams.
- Programme & Project Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support for major People programmes including:
- Company-wide levelling framework rollout
- 360 appraisal cycle delivery
- Performance and progression processes
- Support the People team with tracking, scheduling, materials preparation and follow-through to ensure projects land successfully.
Desirable Qualifications, Experience & Attributes
- Early experience in HR, Talent, People Ops or administrative roles (or strong transferable experience).
- High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills and confidence working with systems, data and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills — you enjoy supporting others and keeping processes moving.
- Interest in developing a career in HR and Talent within a scaling organisation.
