About the Job: The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the transportation and delivery of aviation components, supplies, and equipment. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, warehouses, maintenance teams, and transportation providers to ensure materials are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with aviation and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments of aircraft parts, tools, and operational supplies.
- Track deliveries and monitor shipment progress to ensure timely arrival.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, courier services, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and inventory records.
- Manage stock movements and coordinate inventory replenishment activities.
- Support aircraft maintenance teams by ensuring critical parts are available when required.
- Resolve transportation, customs, or delivery issues quickly and effectively.
- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, aviation regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records within logistics and inventory management systems.
- Generate reports and provide updates on logistics performance and key metrics.
