We are looking for reliable, hard working Horticulture Operatives to join our team. This is a varied, hands on role where you will work across different areas of the farm and pack house, supporting planting, harvesting, bouquet making, packing, and the day to day tasks that keep our operations running smoothly especially during peak seasons.
At Donnelly Horticulture we operate using the principles of 2 Second Lean, a simple and practical approach focused on making small daily improvements. Every member of the team is encouraged to look for quick fixes, smarter ways of working, and small changes that make the job easier, cleaner, safer, or more efficient. It is a positive, team driven culture where everyone contributes ideas, learns from each other, and helps improve our processes one small step at a time.
Responsibilities:- Planting flowers/plug plants, transplanting, blocking, watering, staking, and general crop husbandry.
- Cutting and handling flowers; cutting and trimming lettuce and other produce to specification.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Right to work in the UK.
