Triple Point is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to own the Core pillar within our Client Service team. You will line-manage Senior Client Service Executives, set clear expectations, and drive SLA and quality standards with rigor.
You will partner with the Associate Director and Head of Client Service to shape team culture, champion continuous improvement, and work across Sales, Operations and Compliance to deliver a seamless end-to-end investor experience.
