Kauai is seeking a Supervisor to join our cafe team in Nottingham, UK. This full-time role (40 hours) will lead shifts, coach team members and ensure outstanding food quality, service and operational standards, alongside the Store Manager, to create a welcoming member experience.
You will oversee daily operations, maintain food safety and hygiene, manage stock, onboard new team members and collaborate with Virgin Active to deliver a seamless member journey.
