Virgin Active is evolving into Social Wellness Clubs and is recruiting a Member Journey Host to join the Acquisitions team. This part-time role (32 hours) makes you the welcoming heartbeat of the club, bridging members with the Virgin Active community and spotting disengagement early to reignite motivation.
As the role develops, you’ll create emotional connections, participate in daily huddles, reconnect with non-responders, monitor engagement indicators, and celebrate member milestones.
