Virgin Active, a premium wellness club, is hiring two Full-time Member Journey Hosts in Greater London. You’ll be the warm heartbeat of the club, building emotional connections and guiding members through the Virgin Active community with personalised outreach and concierge-style support.
You’ll engage daily in service huddles, celebrate milestones, and help members reconnect to classes, PTs, and events, while maintaining club readiness and a welcoming atmosphere.
