Dwelly is seeking a Letting Negotiator to own the day-to-day landlord relationship and run the Tenant Find journey end to end—from listing through applicant screening to offer and move-in. You will also assist with viewings and inventories as needed.
The role splits evenly between Barnt Green (3 days) and Redditch (2 days) each week, with Monday–Friday hours 9am–5:30pm. Initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension or full-time.
