Gymshark is seeking an Ethics & Community Manager (Fixed Term Contract, 14 months) to lead our Ethical Strategy and responsible sourcing initiatives. You will work with suppliers, NGOs, and internal teams to advance human rights due diligence, drive continuous improvement in supply chains, and support FLA accreditation.
The role also focuses on community impact, worker wellbeing, and reporting across regions, with a hybrid setup in Solihull and international travel as needed.
