Parloa is seeking a Sr Enablement Manager in EMEA to own the delivery of enablement programs in the region. Based in London, you will ensure onboarding cohorts land on time, adapt materials to local market needs, and drive cross-functional enablement initiatives with the global team, acting as the EMEA face for sales readiness.
You will coordinate with regional field leaders, schedule cohorts in-region, and elevate blockers early to maintain program quality and impact across the EMEA region.
