An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our business as a Vehicle Painter and Prepper at our Cold Meece Refurbishment site. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and refinishing a variety of vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring a flawless finish and exceptional attention to detail. Working within a skilled and supportive team, you'll play a key part in maintaining our reputation for quality and efficiency.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has experience in vehicle painting or preparation, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Sand and rub cars in preparation for painting.
- Paint all makes of cars.
- Masking of all makes of cars.
- Polishing cars.
- Mix paint to correct specification.
- Ensure the preparation of all cars leaving the Bodyshop is completed to a high standard.
- Maintaining a tidy and professional working environment, with emphasis on health and safety in the workplace.
Ideally, we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper or Painter in a similar environment.
- Understanding of repair techniques for all makes of cars.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
