We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven individual to take ownership of vehicle imaging and quality control across our Livingston site. This role is key to ensuring every vehicle is presented to the highest standard, both online and in person, playing a direct part in driving customer interest and sales. You will be responsible for producing high-quality vehicle images for our digital platforms, while also carrying out thorough quality control checks to ensure vehicles meet our preparation and presentation standards before being advertised or handed over.

Key Responsibilities

  • Photograph vehicles to a high standard for online listings.
  • Upload and manage vehicle images across sales platforms.
  • Conduct quality control inspections on vehicles (interior, exterior, and presentation).
  • Ensure vehicles meet company standards before sale or delivery.
  • Identify and report any defects or preparation issues.
  • Work closely with the sales and preparation teams.
  • Maintain a clean and organised imaging area.

Ideally, we are looking for

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicles and automotive standards.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
