We are launching a brand-new BYD showroom and are looking for an experienced and high-performing Senior Sales Executive to help lead from the front. This is a key role for a proven sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will take ownership of high-value customer interactions, support the wider sales team, and drive overall showroom performance. You’ll act as a role model for best practice, combining strong commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert high-quality leads, maximising every sales opportunity.
- Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer journey, from enquiry to handover.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Support, mentor, and motivate junior sales executives.
- Assist management with reporting, forecasting, and stock planning.
- Maintain expert knowledge of BYD vehicles, EV technology, and competitor offerings.
