We are pleased to announce an exciting new opportunity to join the business as a PDI Technician at our Upper Heyford Fleet Services site. This role offers the chance to become part of a skilled and dedicated team, playing a key role in maintaining the quality and safety of our fleet. Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out predelivery inspections in conjunction with manufacture preparation standards.
  • Ensure all vehicle preparation tasks are completed based on internal/external requests.
  • Work to ensure all vehicles are satisfactory checked against the approved quality control standards.
  • Check warranty/recall rectifications, applicable at the time of preparation.
  • Raise and highlight any bodywork defects.
  • Update manufacture/internal systems applicable as directed by the manufacturer/Greenhous Group.

Ideally, we are looking for:

  • Good knowledge and experience of vehicle technical preparation.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Previous experience of system platforms.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Foundation in vehicle mechanics.
