Motorhouse Livingston is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Trainee Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in automotive sales. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop into a successful Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options.
- Learn and follow the full vehicle sales process from enquiry to handover.
- Arrange and accompany customer test drives.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of vehicles, features, and promotions.
- Follow up leads via phone, email, and in-person appointments.
- Assist with vehicle presentations, pricing, and showroom displays.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Accurately complete sales documentation and CRM updates.
