Bodyshop Vehicle Polisher

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to become part of our dedicated team as a Bodyshop Vehicle Polisher at our Livingston site.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Salary: Dependent on experience (will be discussed at interview stage).

Hours: Monday to Friday 7.00 am to 4.30 pm i.e. 45 hours per week. 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid).

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed below to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Polish all makes of cars to customer standards.
• Polish both fresh and original paint finish.
• Ability to read and follow instructions on job cards.
• Ensure the polishing and presentation of all cars leaving the Bodyshop are completed to a high standard.
• Maintaining a tidy and professional working environment, with a special emphasis on health and safety in the workplace.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Polisher in a similar environment.
• Ability to touch in or flatten and polish minor defects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
