The predicted salary is between 25 - 30 £ per hour.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Credit Control Administrator to work within our busy Finance Department at Greenhous DAF Wolverhampton. You will strengthen the existing team and help us to provide excellent service to our five sites and support other areas of our DAF Dealers. Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are always met.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, i.e. 40 hours per week. 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid).
Salary: £12.21 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deal with customer queries in a timely manner via email and telephone.
- To chase up debts via telephone to ensure we receive prompt payments.
- To allocate cash/banking when required.
- To allocate DAF payments we receive and reconcile them.
- To monitor aged debtors’ analysis.
- To control customer credit limits.
- To monitor credit limits.
- To provide reception cover when required.
- Perform any ad hoc duties within the finance department.
Ideally, we are looking for:
- Knowledge of the Keyloop system would be an advantage.
- Able to work under own initiative.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a team.
