We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative / Relief Driver to join our dynamic Parts Team at Greenhous DAF in Shrewsbury on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Working Hours: Thursday & Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm i.e. 16 hours per week. 30 minutes lunch (unpaid).

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, check, and store incoming parts and stock.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse.
  • Assist with stocktaking and inventory control.
  • Prepare goods for dispatch and delivery.
  • Carry out local deliveries to customers and suppliers as a Relief Driver.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Follow all company health and safety procedures.

Ideally, we are looking for:

  • A full driving licence is essential.
  • Previous warehouse or driving experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience with working with computer systems is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
  • Must be physically fit and able to handle manual lifting tasks.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Flexible and willing to cover driving duties at short notice.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
