Service and Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic and fast‑paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and thriving commercial vehicle dealership.

As part of our busy service department, you will play a key role in ensuring all warranty and service administration tasks are handled efficiently and accurately, helping to maintain the high standards of customer care we’re known for.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, i. e. 37.5 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid).

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysing, processing workshop job cards and invoicing.
  • Communicating with customers and obtaining final order numbers.
  • Processing and inputting DAF warranty and contract claims via DCE.
  • Inputting costs on customers' own portals.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
