Greenhous DAF in Willenhall is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service and Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and thriving commercial vehicle dealership.

As part of our busy service department, you will play a key role in ensuring all warranty and service administration tasks are handled efficiently and accurately, helping to maintain the high standards of customer care we’re known for.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, i.e. 37.5 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid).

Salary: £24,784.50 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing, processing workshop job cards and invoicing.
  • Communicate with customers and obtain final order numbers.
  • Process and input DAF warranty and contract claims via DCE.
  • Input costs on customers own portals.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
