We are looking for a driven and resilient Service Sales Representative to join our team. This is a proactive, front-line sales role focused heavily on cold calling and new business development, targeting customers we have not previously engaged with. You will play a key role in growing our service department by identifying, approaching, and converting new prospects across all Greenhous locations, including Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Tamworth.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch break (unpaid).
Salary: Dependent on experience (will be discussed at interview stage).
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively cold call and prospect new customers with no prior relationship to Greenhous.
- Generate and qualify leads for service, maintenance, and aftersales solutions.
- Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities across multiple regions.
- Promote the full range of Greenhous aftersales services.
- Arrange meetings and present tailored service solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunities within CRM systems.
- Work closely with depot and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Confident, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume cold calling.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
