Steel City Schools Partnership is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a collaborative trust-wide support team. You will work with an existing team led by the Inclusion Lead to implement programmes for individuals and groups, in or out of the classroom.
You will lead and support targeted interventions, manage behaviour in line with the school policy, and may supervise whole classes during short-term absences. A child-centred approach and teamwork are essential.
