We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Maintenance Assistant to help keep our College running safely, smoothly and professionally. Whether your background is in joinery, plumbing, electrical work, facilities, construction, maintenance, engineering, caretaking, site operations, manufacturing, hospitality maintenance or general trades, if you are someone who takes pride in fixing problems, improving spaces and getting stuck in, we want to hear from you. You don’t need previous experience in education. What matters is attitude, reliability, practical ability and a strong team ethic.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our College site, including:
  • General maintenance, repairs and site improvements
  • Supporting health & safety and compliance checks
  • Setting up rooms and events across the College
  • Working with contractors and external partners
  • Security duties including opening and locking up
  • Grounds work and site upkeep
  • Helping create a safe environment for students and staff
