- Is organised, professional, remains calm and has clarity of thought
- Reads and researches best practice in early years and SEND, reflects on this and then, where appropriate, implements it in our setting, explaining the whys to ensure stakeholders are taken with you
- Cares about details – you will have that difficult conversation with sensitivity, your emails are free of typos and you know whose coat is whose and are willing to spend time looking for a missing welly boot
- Is loving, kind and gives the best hugs to children and staff
- Has the courage to do the right thing, even when this is difficult
- Is committed to creating an inclusive society
- Has a warm, infectious smile that lights up their face – this smile is there to greet children, families and fellow staff to show them how loved, special and valued they are

There will be professional development opportunities within the Trust and within Greenhall & Little Learners.
