We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, committed and reflective Nursery Class Teacher to join our supportive team from 1st September 2026. Lever Edge Primary Academy is a large two-form entry primary school with two nurseries, a sports hall, a SEND unit and a forest school.
Person required for the post:
- Has enthusiasm for creative learning and teaching
- Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations of themselves and their pupils
- Has a strong commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
- Has good communication skills and building positive relationships with pupils and parents
- Has experience of working proactively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience of teaching in EYFS
