Reporting to the Motor Director, you will lead a number of Team Leaders and Motor Adjusters handling complex Motor claims, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout. We are looking for a strong people leader with excellent technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build a collaborative, high-performing culture.
This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be provided with all the tools needed to make a real success of this position (including a top of the range Apple MacBook with additional screens), and you will benefit from an extremely friendly and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead a number of Team Leaders and Motor Adjusters handling complex Motor claims, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling; monitor and analyse claims data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Serve as a resource for escalated claims; ensure accuracy and adequacy of all aspects of claim reserving.
- Execute on performance management, including attracting, hiring, retaining, and providing high levels of training.
- Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports, metrics, and analysis to clients and customers.
- Collaborate within a fast-paced environment and participate in a variety of projects and assignments as the company grows.
Qualifications
- Extensive managerial experience within Motor claims, ideally including Motor Damage losses.
- Strong leadership, technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment and willingness to challenge the status quo.
