Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be an expectation together with the ability to be part of an energetic team delivering quality child centred education and care.
Essential:An approved Level 3 Early Years QualificationA suitable level 2 qualification in EnglishA sound working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation StageStrong verbal and written communication skillsAn interest in working with children who have additional needs is essential and some experience would be preferable, but training will be provided.
