As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Part-Time Paraplanner to join our team and help maintain the high professional standards our clients expect.

The Role

Working closely with advisers and our back-office team, you will play a key role in delivering compliant, high-quality financial planning support. This is a flexible, part-time position – ideal for an experienced paraplanner seeking work‑life balance without compromising on professional challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare clear, compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
  • Conduct detailed product research and fund analysis aligned with client objectives and risk profiles.
  • Ensure all documentation meets FCA, provider, and internal compliance standards.
  • Support advisers with pre- and post-meeting preparation.
  • Liaise with providers, platforms, and internal teams as required.

About You

  • Proven experience in a paraplanning role within a regulated financial advice firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and retirement planning.
  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of FCA compliance requirements.
  • Confident using CRM and financial planning systems, maintaining high standards of record-keeping.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Experience using cash‑flow modelling software such as Voyant or FinCalc is highly desirable.
