We are recruiting for a Paid Media Executive to join an in-house digital marketing team for a global business based in Crewe.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing paid search and paid social strategies. This position emphasises lead generation and maximising ROI, making it ideal for a data-driven individual passionate about delivering measurable results.
You’ll be responsible for managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms and international markets. Success in this role requires expertise in digital advertising platforms, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive high-quality leads while improving conversion rates.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve lead generation and ROI goals.
- Lead Generation: Drive campaigns that result in high-quality lead acquisition.
- Campaign Management: Oversee campaigns across various digital platforms and markets, optimising performance regularly.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align goals and share insights effectively.

- Proficiency with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads, as well as tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar analytics software.
