We are working with a national governing body that, as part of the services delivered to their membership organisations, provides training collateral and certifications for individuals who are progressing in their careers in the field.
The client has recently invested in a new learning management system and they are looking for someone to take a lead on the migration project and then become the superuser responsible for the ongoing management of the platform, incorporating system config, system admin, platform enhancements, and issue resolution.
As part of a wider digital transformation and business change programme, this is an exciting time to be joining this organisation.
They seek someone with experience in:
- Managing an LMS system migration
- Working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- Taking ownership of the platform
- Resolving systems issues, escalating technical support inquiries as needed and coordinating upgrades or product feature requests.
