Head of Operational Delivery Location: Bristol – onsite role Salary: up to £75k plus a wide range of benefits Head of operational delivery required by a multi-faceted global business in the Bristol area. This exciting opportunity will be focused within a product/software / digital delivery environment, aiming for scalability and efficiency around workflows and business processes with the organisation. The head of operational delivery aims to own the delivery pipeline strategically across IT development and content strategy by optimising processes, planning delivery resources across multiple teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The head of operational delivery is a pivotal leadership role within the business that combines tactical execution with strategic foresight to drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation. Head of Operational Delivery key skills & experience – Strong understanding of continuous improvement Worked with software / digital teams to deliver business processes Solid understanding and experience of Agile methodologies, workflow management and Jira Release management Using Data to identify process improvements and optimisation Previously owned end-to-end delivery lifecycle, ensuring on-time and high-quality outputs.
