IT Support Engineer Salary: £30,000 per annum Full-time We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their technical support team. This is a varied, customer-facing role involving remote and on-site support, troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance and technical escalation. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot Microsoft, hardware, software, server and networking problems. Attend customer sites for support, consultancy and proactive maintenance. Manage and monitor servers, backups, networks, firewalls and security systems. Administer and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure and Windows Server. Monitor patching and alerts using RMM solutions. Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records. Assist with mentoring and developing Junior Engineers. The Candidate: Strong Microsoft experience, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft 365. Good knowledge of networking and infrastructure.
