Our global manufacturing client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their growing IT team. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for resolving end user technical requests and carrying out the incident management process to ensure normal service operations with the aim of minimising impact on business operations.

Service Desk Analyst experience:

  • Prior experience in desktop/technical support positions (2+ years)
  • Experience in documenting and knowledge sharing
  • Good customer interaction skills
  • Office 365
  • Windows 10
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (Desirable)
  • VMware (Desirable)
  • Networking knowledge (Desirable)
