Join one of the South West's leading sheet metal manufacturing businesses. Due to continued growth and investment in advanced manufacturing technology, Greenfield Engineering is looking for a Laser, CNC Punch & Press Operator to join our production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading fibre laser cutting, CNC punching and metal forming equipment, producing precision components for customers across a diverse range of sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring a range of manufacturing equipment, ensuring components are produced safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating CNC punch presses, fibre lasers and associated equipment
  • Producing high-quality sheet metal components to engineering specifications
  • Loading materials and managing production workflows
  • Conducting quality checks and inspections
  • Reading engineering drawings and production documentation
  • Supporting continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency initiatives

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Has a keen eye for quality and attention to detail
  • Is reliable, motivated and safety conscious
  • Can work effectively as part of a team
  • Has experience operating CNC machinery (preferred but not essential)
