Job Summary
The Operations Manager will ensure the successful operations of a Branches entire portfolio of work including Safety, Budget Control, Delivery of Quality Product, Crew Training and Equipment Allocation and Assignment.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- Manage Morning Dispatch of crews
- Budget Management/Scheduling- Work with Branch Manager to maximize crew routes and hours management
- Employee Development – coaching, reviewing, training, rewarding
- Enforce Company Standards. i.e., Uniforms, Fleet, Equipment, Facility
- Continuously reviewing branch operations regarding employee performance to determine any issues, recruiting needs, retention matters, training opportunities, etc.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Safety – Ensure that all safety policies of company are enforced. Deliver the message that safety is #1, constantly train, reward good behavior
- Manage Morning Dispatch of crews
- Anticipate and Evaluate Equipment Needs – Manage crew equipment inventory and repair issues
- Onboarding and Training crew persons on proper landscaping practices
- Quality β Work with crews to ensure that The Greenery level of quality is maintained
- Job Start Process- Work with sales and Client Relationship Managerβs to carry out proper new job set up
- Continually reviewing branch performance to increase sales, improve quality assurance measures, and create systems
- Complete internal auditing of files, current systems, financials, and all other matters pertaining to the branch to ensure the branches are operating in the most efficient and safest way possible
- Modify routes based on new work and cancellations. Build production plans on each property to ensure maximum efficiency
- ASPIRE
- Labor Hours – Monitor hours on Work Tickets daily and get with Program Managers to address as needed
- Focus needs to be on consistent trends and balanced with quality of work being performed Initiate Aspire estimate change orders to adjust hour allowances as needed
- Purchase Receipts β review several times a week to receive as needed
- Scheduling β Weekly review of all βopenβ work tickets and act as needed
- Daily time review and accuracy

Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities
- An effective leader and communicator, with prior management/leadership experience
- Must have a valid driverβs license, be at least 18 years old, and be authorized to work in the United States
Education and Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent desired
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must
Physical Requirements
- Frequently required to drive for short to long distances within assigned territory
- Constantly required to talk, hear, see, sit, stand, and walk
- Must be able to see at close vision, distant vision, peripherally, have depth perception and can adjust focus
- Frequent use of hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Frequently required to reach, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, climb and balance
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally works with mechanical objects and outside in all weather conditions
- Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals
