We're looking for a skilled and organised Graphic Designer who can confidently manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines. Joining our Communications team, you'll take ownership of design work across print and digital channels, ensuring brand consistency while supporting a wide range of stakeholders across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working independently while still being part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that design projects meet brand, quality standards, while delivering on time and within scope
- Manage and prioritise design requests from across the business, balancing strategic projects with day-to-day requirements
- Print design for annual reports, brochures, retail advertisements, and marketing literature
- Digital design for reporting, internal communications, retail promotions and marketing
- Website design, development and maintenance
- Exhibition design for stands and promotions
- Degree in graphic design or equivalent design related course
- Substantial In-house and/or design agency experience and a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print
- Proficiency in Adobe creative suite design software as well as the Microsoft suite, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel for graphs and data
- Fully competent in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat pro
- Experience of the latest developments in website design
- Interest in corporate photography, social media, video and animation graphics - exposure to After Effects and Premier pro is advantageous
- Experience of working with external suppliers (storyboarding, direction, and editing)
- Primarily a branding person who can apply the Greenergy brand and those of other associate companies intelligently and consistently, with the ability to develop them and take them forward
- A hands-on creative with experience working across both print and digital design
- Exceptional typographic skills, strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills, ability to work accurately on their own and efficiently under pressure
- The ability to deliver outstanding work and to exacting deadlines
- Technically minded with problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, willing to learn and develop in the role
- Ability to work independently and to develop strong working relationships with the creative team and key stakeholders
