Our Service team plays a crucial role in the company, ensuring that our battery projects are seamlessly planned and executed.
You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating the deployment of our battery fleet across projects throughout the UK. Working closely with Account Managers, you ensure that the right batteries are available at the right place and time to meet client needs. You manage fleet availability, coordinate logistics, and continuously balance supply and demand in a fast‑moving environment. Priorities can shift quickly, and you thrive in managing ad‑hoc changes while maintaining a clear overview.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams, including service engineers and logistics partners, to ensure smooth operations from planning through execution. No two days are the same; you’ll solve planning challenges, anticipate bottlenecks, and proactively adjust schedules to keep projects running efficiently. Your work is primarily office‑based, where you act as the central link between commercial plans and operational execution.
