We are Scotland’s largest independent provider in the Able-to-Pay market , the first Octopus-accredited Cosy Heat Pump installer in Scotland , and a Hive-accredited Solar installer .
Following our new accreditation and recent winners of Octopus – Cosy Installer of the Year , we’re expanding our Renewable Energy & Heating Division once again.
Based from our head office in Paisley , we deliver domestic installations across all of Scotland , with customer service at the heart of everything we do, reflected in our excellent Trustpilot reviews .
We’re now looking for motivated, skilled electricians who take pride in high-quality workmanship and want long-term stability in a growing renewables business.
The Role You’ll be involved in the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, and Battery Storage Systems in domestic properties.
Initially, you’ll work alongside one of our experienced teams to learn our systems and processes You’ll then progress to leading and managing your own two-person team Ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to our high standards What We Offer Competitive salary: £45,000–£52,000 Long-term job security within a stable, ethical, and growing company Career progression in the fast-growing renewable energy sector Training & development on all our product range Company van & fuel card 28 days paid holiday , plus an extra day off for your birthday A supportive, collaborative team culture What We’re Looking For Experience in domestic heating controls (S- or Y-Plan) and/ or Solar PV installations Air Source Heat Pump experience is advantageous but not essential — training provided City & Guilds 2330-07 Level 3 (or equivalent electrical qualification) City & Guilds 2382-10 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations) Experience with testing, inspection, installations, and reactive maintenance Comfortable working directly with customers in their homes Strong understanding of Health & Safety, risk assessments, and COSHH Physically fit and capable of meeting the role’s demands A strong service-led attitude , taking pride in workmanship and respecting customers’ homes Apply Now If you have a proven track record that matches this role and you’re ready for your next career move in 2026 , apply online with a full, up-to-date CV .
