Greener Ealing Ltd (GEL) provides high-quality Waste Collection, Street Cleansing, Grounds Maintenance and other environmental services for our customers, the London Borough of Ealing, its residents, and other service users.
Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for all issues within the Waste Collections service area.
- Delivering the Waste Collections Service in line with KPIβs and company expectations.
- Leading and directing operational staff to provide an efficient, effective and safe service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- A current full UK Driving licence or equivalent.
- Extensive experience of working in waste/environmental services industry.
- Experience of managing budgets, staffing levels and resources efficiently.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Note: You may be required to work some unsociable hours including weekend working.
