Join Greener Ealing Ltd (GEL) as a Finance Manager and help support our vision of being a leading environmental service provider in West London.
Role Purpose
Lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture. Identify improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce monthly accounts on a timely basis and support stakeholders to manage budgets and provide decision‑making support.
- Train and mentor a team member to upskill them and assist with development.
- Implement and maintain accounting procedures and policies.
- Prepare long‑term forecasts, business plans, VAT returns, statutory accounts preparation and audit support.
- Ensure quality control standards are consistently met and contribute to efficiency improvements.
What we are looking for
- You are a qualified accountant (CCAB or CIMA) or a part‑qualified accountant who is actively studying and committed to qualifying within the next year.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables).
- Experience producing performance reports and analysis to support decision‑making.
- Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and inspire others.
