To develop and lead the execution of the customer facing channel plan for app and loyalty, working with the divisional teams to deliver the execution of the group loyalty programme to customers. This role will work in close conjunction with the Loyalty Activation Manager and Loyalty Marketing Manager – Sports.

Your role as Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and manage customer engagement plan for App and Loyalty, pulling on marketing levers to put the GK App front and centre of communications.
  • Enable Divisional marketing to activate App and Loyalty channel plans.
  • Responsible for activating loyalty campaigns through Group and Divisional activations.
  • Work with Implementation and CRM teams to develop appropriate and timely comms for ATC.
  • Review customer journeys to ensure App and Loyalty are embedded within individual brands, working with brand teams to deliver brand playbooks to support app and loyalty.
  • Embed and promote App and Loyalty channel activation best practice in Divisions/B&B.

What you’ll bring…

  • A self-starter, who is continuously curious to source new information and develop new solutions.
  • Experience with project planning and implementation.
  • Experience with working cross functionally to achieve results.
  • Communication skills on a 1:1 and broadcast level, able to present with impact to senior stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail in all forms of information sharing and communication.
  • Degree in marketing and/or digital qualifications/CIM accreditation.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a Marketing Team, with specific experience in delivering complex multi-channel campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience of working cross functionally to deliver results.
  • Evidence of creating and implementing footfall driving campaigns into multi-site retail/hospitality outlets.
  • Experience in working with insights data/teams/agencies and being able to understand and extract relevant findings to help build and explain the commercial overview.
  • Understanding of the hospitality industry is a bonus, with a clear understanding of the marketing customer journey.
  • Building strong, effective relationships with teams & colleagues across the business to develop a data-informed culture across our ways of working.
