Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to help run busy shifts at our pub locations. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need, delivering a warm, memorable customer experience, and upholding safety and quality standards all day long.
You will deputise for management when needed, coordinate staff during peak times, and strive to keep every pint and interaction at the highest level of service. This is a hands-on, frontline leadership role in our pubs.
