This hotel role is for a Night Porter. As a Night Porter, you'll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, dealing with any possible events during the late hours or helping guests to their room after a long day. You'll keep the perfect customer service flowing throughout the night.

You'll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience. Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit. Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival. Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.

Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible. Able to do all this as a lone worker. Willingness to learn and expand your skills. Have a great eye for detail, making sure every guest feels at home. A passion for giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome. A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
