Your role as a Transport Team Leader
- Planning vehicle routes using a transport planning software
- Monitor and manage information from the vehicle telematics system
- Provide daily weekly and monthly KPI reports to the Transport Manager and Depot Manager
- Monitor staff absence including sickness and holidays
- Respond promptly to route feedback and ensure improvement opportunities are acted upon
