Job Description

As a Business Analyst in Greene King’s Group Planning and Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic projects that enhance Greene King's operational efficiency and customer engagement. You will work closely with various teams across the business to align business objectives with technology enabled change initiatives, across a complex hospitality environment that align with our strategic goals and vision.

Qualifications

  • Identify, define, and support change initiatives that deliver customer value and commercial benefits.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders to gain the necessary input, buy-in, and support for successful project delivery.
  • Elicit, document, and agree on end-to-end requirements for changes across people, process, and technology.
  • Work across project workstreams, programmes, and strategic portfolios to deliver high-complexity, high-benefit projects.
  • Ensure effective execution and tracking of solution design success, managing a portfolio of projects aligned with strategic objectives.

What you’ll bring…

  • A proven track record of translating business requirements into scalable solutions in a fast-paced, multi-site environment (hospitality/retail desirable).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrable experience in business analysis practice, including the use of relevant elicitation techniques, tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to visualise and document complex business systems using modelling techniques appropriate for a range of audiences.
  • Proficiency in change management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Relevant qualifications such as BCS Diploma, AMPG, or equivalent desirable.
