The Modern Workplace Analyst is responsible for driving the adoption and optimisation of digital tools and technologies within the organisation. This role focuses on enhancing employee productivity, collaboration, and engagement by implementing and supporting digital workplace solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital transformation, change management, and the latest digital workplace trends, with a particular emphasis on enabling users' efficiency through getting the most out of current and new digital tools.
In this role, the Modern Workplace Analyst will lead initiatives to transform the workplace by integrating cutting-edge digital tools and technologies. This involves managing and optimising collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint to facilitate seamless communication and teamwork. The specialist will continuously assess and improve the user experience of digital tools, ensuring they meet the needs of employees and align with organisational goals.
By developing and executing change management strategies, the specialist will support the successful implementation of digital workplace initiatives, including communication plans, training programs, and user support. Additionally, the Modern Workplace Analyst will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of innovation by supporting and growing citizen developer capabilities within the organisation. This includes providing training, resources, and mentorship to empower employees to create their own solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.
By staying up to date with the latest digital workplace trends and technologies, the specialist will recommend and implement innovative solutions to keep the organisation at the forefront of digital transformation.

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of digital tools and technologies, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in digital workplace enablement, digital transformation, or a similar role.
- Experience in change management and driving technology adoption within an organisation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Six Sigma qualification preferred.
