As Support Analyst (Aurora), you will…
Responsibilities
- Provide 4th line application support and act as an escalation point for 2nd and 3rd line teams.
- Support, maintain and enhance Infor System 21 (Aurora) using RPG and related coding skills.
- Own incident resolution, meeting agreed SLAs and driving root cause analysis to reduce repeat issues.
- Manage and maintain key applications, ensuring systems are patched, upgraded and highly available.
- Work with internal teams and third-party suppliers to improve system performance and reliability.
- Act as an SME on key systems and projects, supporting both BAU activity and future improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong experience supporting ERP systems, ideally Infor System 21 (Aurora).
- Working knowledge of RPG programming and application support in complex environments.
- Experience with EDI systems and third-party supplier management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to troubleshoot and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive, independent mindset with a strong interest in technology and continuous improvement.
