As a Support Analyst (Aurora), you will play a key role in keeping our core ERP and warehouse management systems running smoothly, supporting colleagues across the business. You'll work closely with IT and operational teams to resolve issues, drive improvements and ensure our applications deliver a great experience every day.
Responsibilities
- Provide 4th line application support and act as an escalation point for 2nd and 3rd line teams
- Support, maintain and enhance Infor System 21 (Aurora) using RPG and related coding skills
- Own incident resolution, meeting agreed SLAs and driving root cause analysis to reduce repeat issues
- Manage and maintain key applications, ensuring systems are patched, upgraded and highly available
- Work with internal teams and third-party suppliers to improve system performance and reliability
- Act as an SME on key systems and projects, supporting both BAU activity and future improvements
- Strong experience supporting ERP systems, ideally Infor System 21 (Aurora)
- Working knowledge of RPG programming and application support in complex environments
- Experience with EDI systems and third-party supplier management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to troubleshoot and prioritise effectively
- A proactive, independent mindset with a strong interest in technology and continuous improvement
